20 Minute Pilates Workout with an Exercise Ball

This is an effective and fun Pilates workout that incorporates some unique Pilates exercises that are typically performed on a Pilates Reformer.

Working out with a stability ball is a refreshing change of pace and really helps draw awareness to the balance (or imbalance in the body).

Exercise Ball Workouts are effective for strengthening the muscles while working on the stability of the body as well.

If you are like me, you have lots of exercise equipment that you forget to use. So dust off your exercise ball and let’s get moving!

This is one of my favourite classes. Challenging in juat the right way. Made it so worthwhile buying a big exercise ball.

Hello Beth,
Thank you for this great video. I do have a stability ball and at last I know how to use it. Now some of these move will be a bit challenging but I can work on the less challenging bits - another advantage to having an online teacher. I don't have to worry about being in a class with lots of advanced students!

Thanks 🙏 it was fun to work with a ball but also very challenging as I had to chase the ball multiple times 🙄 The abs exercises are very difficult for me at the moment. I enjoyed the end very much i.e. when you have your knees or shins on the ball. I didn’t know I was capable of doing that 😅
