LOVE IT! So true. I mainly ate proteins and vegetables with a cheat meal and some red wine a few times a week and lost 10 pounds effortlessly. Keeping in mind I also worked out 45 mins a day with YOUTUBE workouts.

Super late but this been helping me Working out 6 days, not strict diet just for sure cut soda chips pizza and stuff like mostly weekends I’ll eat like a salad 🥗 then enjoy a fire meal during week end my day w 1 mile walk or run 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 see how it goes

My gym trainer put me on a diet and I feel depressed and hungry all the time. I eat balanced food everyday, no processed food 90% of the time. I just need to get my ass moving and incorporate exercise daily which I haven't been doing.
