Cottage cheese is really good.
You can eat it in many ways savoury, sweet, spicy, sour it goes well with all. It's also a good source of protein and calcium.

You can substitite half cup rice for 1 bread. Or for bread sub 1 store taco small size. Hot sauce is ok, onions can be added. Theres a substitutions chart for the diet

This isn’t an actual military diet. Our diet mostly consists of MREs.

This “military diet” gives your about 1100 calories per day with the majority of them at night. Depending on your size and weight, the bigger you are, the more you will feel weak, tired, and will have more difficulty on focusing.


The 10 pounds in 3 days only works if you exercise and burn at least 11, 600 calories per day With 2, 000 of those coming from maintenance calories. Which is completely unrealistic.

It is more realistic but extremely difficult to burn 10 pounds in 10 days by burning 2, 500 calories a day from exercise

Losing 10 pounds in 3 days is very bad for your body. Do not try to lose 10 pounds in 3 days unless you're on an important boxing match with 3 days left before weighing.

I tried this, if you want to loose weight quick do it. But if you want to loose weight healthy, and also keep it off, don’t. Because that’s very unhealthy to do, and the second you start eating normally again you’ll be back to before if that’s all that’s changed. You’ll also feel grumpy dizzy, and have bad headaches.

My advice, do intermittent fasting (I do mine for 16 hours minimum), eat what you think is healthier (go for an apple and fried eggs before you go for chocolate cake and pizza. You don’t have to make crazy changes to your diet that are gonna leave you craving unhealthy stuff even more though), put your self in a caloric deficient, count calories, and exercise regularly, with at least 1 or 2 days of rest. Also get an electronic scale with Bluetooth, and metal pads. It can track fat percentage, muscle percentage, calories you burn while you sleep, fat free body weight, and a ton of other helpful things.

I’ve been doing this with no exceptions for six months, and I’ve lost seventeen pounds while still gaining muscle and strength. If you want to see real, long lasting results, you need discipline, consistency, and will power.

That's the heart foundation diet. I did it three days a wee😅k for four weeks, ie. 23days inclusive. I lost 42lbs. It does work.

It helps a lot for people that can’t break their plateau weight. I’ve used the military diet before and if you follow to the diet and actually exercise you can lose up to 15 pounds.

The standard US Army diet. (Info is from my dad), 1cup of Powerade, water, Eggs Bacon.

It does work. I actally had coffee with heavy cream to substitute for icecream. Hate sugar but love coffee

I tried this a bit ago but I would change the hot dogs to a chicken breast because it is still low calories but chicken breast is one of the best natural sources of protein, so you can build muscles

It works. I've had to do this diet it sucks and it's miserable. Along with full exercise. The problem is you won't keep the weight off

Yeah but for this to work you would have to be burning nearly 12000 calories a day over the course of 3 days in order to burn 10 pounds, which is near impossible to do.

This is wrong why: Theres about 3500 calories in 1 pound of fat. And the average male metabolism is 2100-2500 calories so even if you didnt eat anything for three days as an adult male you would more so lose 1, 5 pounds.
