Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.

A quote that keeps me going: in 2 weeks you’ll feel it (feel yourself getting stronger) in 4 weeks you’ll see it (see results) and in 8 weeks you’ll hear it (“hey have you lost weight”) ...don’t give up y’all.

Okay, so I'm gonna try this challenge for 7 days and see my transformation✨

Day 1 ( Tuesday ) - ✅ Felt the burn, it was hard to do some of the workouts so I had to stop in between and then proceed and there were a few workouts that I could not even do. But overall I'm loving the burn

Day 2 ( Wednesday ) - ✅ I could feel yesterday's workout burn which made it a little bit hard and I needed breaks during the workouts but overall I'm feeling strong and good about working out

Day 3 ( Friday) - ✅

Day 4 ( Saturday) - ✅ Felt it was a little easier to do the workouts

I did this about 15 minutes after waking up to motivate myself to have an energised day and I feel so good now! Loved this workout.

I did this workout for 4 times in 1 week and I supported it with walking and eating much healthier than I usually am. Right now I am seeing huge improvement. Thank you Lilly:)

At first I thought I won't be able to keep up coz I already do the 5 min and 7 min abs workout from past 11 days but I surprisingly did!!
Start - 19/04/2022
Day 1 : I thought I would die in that butt hold but damn I survived! It was definitely hard but not impossible!
Day 2 : Idk what happened but I got sooo tired so easily and had to do modifications in some but I completed it!
Day 3 : It was easier than yesterday but that damn butt hold takes away my life lmao
Day 4 : Rest day just did stretching
Day 5 : Active rest day too coz I had to freaking attend two different parties
Day 6 : Felt super strong and completed without falling during butt hold!!
Day 7 : Just did this workout without the 5 min and 7 min one but still felt amazing and could finally do the bicycles correctly!
Day 8 : Felt overly energetic today so skipped this and did cardio for 40 mins
Day 9 : Did the cardio + this workout damnn I am impressed by myself!
Day 10, 11 and 12 : Got my periods so had to skip working out but did some stretching on bed
Day 13 : Did it!! Definitely got better at them and the butt hold isn't that scary anymore
Day 14 : Idk what happened but felt so motivated while doing this that I felt a new type of burn in the abs that I have never felt before and THAT WAS SO SATISFYINGGG GOSH I LOVE THE PAIN!
Soooo I am literally doing this everyday so I am not gonna update anymore but now definitely it burns more and my posture has improved a lot too! Thank you Lilly for this amazing workout <3

I’ve done other abs work out videos by Lily, so my stomach is pretty toned, but this is by far my favorite. I love the breaks, I love the length of the exercises and the difficulty 💪🏻
I’ll do this for 7 days and will hopefully remember to update every single time:
DAY 1: complete. Wasn’t too hard but I definitely felt a burn. Loved it.
DAY 2: complete. It was a little harder than yesterday, but I think it might have to do with yesterday being a crazy day at work (I’m a waitress). Still loved it.
DAY 3: complete. I'm a little sore from yesterday (plus on the 2nd day of my period) and I did this after I jogged for 40 minutes so it was a little tougher than yesterday. Still really enjoyed it. I can feel a slight difference and my stomach muscles feel harder than before.
DAY 4: complete. Was the best one so far. Only started burning in the middle.
DAY 5: complete. So far so good. Did this first thing in the morning so it was a bit easier. My stomach is definitely feeling more toned despite being bloated because of my period
DAY 6: complete. (Forgot to update) was nice and too hard
DAY 7: complete. Did this after a 30 minutes jog, but didn’t hurt as bad as last time.

Conclusion; I can see a slight differences in my stomach. The muscle is harder than before, and I’m happy with the results. I’ll keep doing this now just for fun

doing this for a week!!

day 1: ✅done, my core is literally on fire but i survived. i had to take a break halfway but other than that it was good and i can’t wait to start seeing a difference:)
day 2: ✅ forgot to do this but i’m back and did it again, my core hurts but it felt a little easier!!
day 3: ✅ found todays workout quite a bit easier and it feels like i’m improving:)

I have tried so many workouts to lose weight but when Id finish one (per day, like, the workout for that day) id start felling sick and the need to vomit, with some good litres of sweat if u got me, red face and barely breathing. I couldn't find something as good as yours, I tried chloes 2 week abs and even w healthy eating i saw no results. i came back to yours because they are the only that leave me with a good feeling and actually work 😩💛

Hey lily ! I’ve been doing the 1 week ab workout only for 4 days and I’ve noticed a big difference my stomach is more toned now and I feel better :) I’ll also be doing this one just finished both thank you !!
