This was perfect. I had been doing a minute of plank a day and trying to get it to 2 so the plank bit seems nice and short, though I concentrate on engaging everything. I like this one interspersed with the twist which made my sides sore after day 1. I'm one day behind but haven't missed a day yet. I'll follow with another of your workouts for whole body.

Hi Shelley !! I’m a new subscriber. I really enjoyed this workout. You go super fast, faster than I can move but I just follow along the best I can. I’m almost 55 years young and I’m doing home workouts to try to help myself feel better and get back into shape. 2 months ago I couldn’t even walk 1 block down the street without my hips burning and hurting so bad I had to stop. I told myself I’m way too young not to be able to walk 1 block. So I’ve been doing home workouts ever since. I feel absolutely amazing!! Thank you!! 🙏🙏🙏

I did it! 7 days . This was doable and not discouraging. I found the Russian twist harder than the planks. I didn’t rest in between as long mainly because I have to go to work 😂
I will keep going because I noticed a difference in my core movement ….thank you so much for this!

Hi from the UK. I love doing the plank I'm up to 30 seconds, I find the transition to Russian Twist quite difficult so i have incorporated childs pose into cobraf from your posture video, which I've always enjoyed. I'm 70 next month, but keep fit walking the rainy fells here in Cumbria and your videos. I prefer your shorter routines 5-10 minutes which I can fit easily into my day, keep up the good work xx
