I’ve always had horrible back flexibility, but WOW lately I’ve been noticing my back being less stiff and I can almost touch my feet to my head when doing exercise four!

I'm so happy gymnastics is in 3 hours and I've been doing these tutorials for 30 minutes I'm so flexible I can do a test drop back bend

Hi, I just want to say that out of all the back flexibility tutorials I’ve watched, you are the most motivating. Because I’ve been trying to get my back flexible for a long time, but when you said it’s ok to be a work in progress, it motivated me a lot more

I'm going to do this (hopefully) everyday for a while, I'll update my progress<3.
Starting point: ground zero. My back is very very stiff.
Day one: I couldn't hold the crab hold for too long, also couldn't lift my head off the floor while doing it.
Day two: same as day one. I felt the stretch a bit more.
Day three: rest day<3.
Day four: crab hold is still a struggle but in the rest of the exercises I'm feeling more comfortable.
Day five: crab holds didn’t felt too terrible today, but my wrists hurt a little after them.
Day six: rest day<3.
Day five: I feel like my back is a lot less stiff than how it was on day one.
That was my first week, I'll be updating my progress weekly instead of daily<3.
Week two and three: after this routine I can notice that my arabesques have improved quite a bit, but while doing the crab holds they seem to be getting more and more challenging.

Hi! Im 12 and i always thought i was inflexible. Your videos have helped me VERY MUCH. At first i thought i could never touch my feet to head like you did on 3:58 but after only 1 month of doing this everyday i did do it! I also do your other flexibility videos and i also got my front and middle splits! Thank you so much!!!!

I aim to do this and Hannah's 3-way splits stretch daily to improve my flexibility! To contextualize, I am a recreational dancer who has not taking stretching seriously until now. I am more flexible than the average person, but compared to people who stretch for flexibility consistently, I am notably inflexible. I'm committed to change that.

I know this is old, but I figured I would give a slight update. I am 100% not flexible. But doing these for 3 days so far and I was finally able to lift myself to a kind of crab. Nothing amazing, but already seeing results. Doing your 30 day splits and back every day challenge to see what effect it has.

Day1:pretty easy crab hold was a struggle to get up from but fun.
Day2:not hard i like doing crab hold
Day3:I can’t do 8t bc my wrist hurts so I have to wait to get better

Nine days later: I don’t really think about how flexible I am, but I have noticed my legs feel better and easier to move. I hope your little journey of flexibility goes well 😘
