Day one of our Mindful Movement Challenge is here!

Welcome to this 5 Minute Upper Back Stretches routine that will open your chest, improve posture and stretch your mid back. You'll move through neck, upper back, mid back and shoulder stretches to help ease tension and give you energy! This is the first routine of our Mindful Movement Challenge and can be used anytime during the day for a quick pick me up!

Jessica, this one is FANTASTIC as a break from work at my computer. Bookmarked!! I'm finding that since I passed 62, my lung capacity is lower, so breath work is something I want to concentrate on!

Thanks needed that just before bed, was feeling stiff and that stretch seem to loosen up the back and neck from kickboxing earlier.
