When I learned that Becky Hill gave her reserved Clerks seat to Roberta Rich throughout the trial and then Roberta Rich gave Becky’s book the following featured review *"This book is not only historically significant, it is well written and a treat. Pull up a comfortable chair and be prepared to stay there until the last page is read.” –Ronda Rich, bestselling author and syndicated columnist* I feel she has overstepped her boundaries in her handling of this trial…

Anyone who gets the truth from a Netflix documentary is a fool.

Poot and Griffen are slippery as well. Not interested in their claims--need to hear from ALL jurors.

Becky needs to learn her place and keep her mouth shut!

Hi Peter! Thx for the Murdaugh update. It’s certainly the case that keeps giving and giving. And yes, please follow the Maya case for us. Thx for pointing us to the Netfix story. Very disturbing but fascinating. I originally thought you meant a different case about Maya Millete - 48 hr has a really good discussion about her.

Thank you Peter for continuing to cover this case and explain these documents from a legal perspective. I always learn so much from your videos.

Peter, I was so delighted to see you and your father's close and loving relationship. I wish all of America could see you two.

I have had Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) for 20 years. Saving Maya hits too close to home for me to watch. I hope she and her family get justice. I hope this tragedy will make medical schools and other institutions more familiar with the symptoms and syndrome. If it's caught early and treated it can go into remission. If it takes over 15 years to be properly diagnosed like what happened in my case... the nerve damage, excruciating pain, and disability are incurable. I will have this beast for life. My pain management team has saved my life. I will be in pain medication, muscle relaxers, and Lyrica for life. I acquired crps after injuries in 2002 when i was 18.

I think this involves the fact they did know Becky questioned egg lady -that was discussed with judge before trial was over.

I agree that if Miss Becky did these things there should be a new trial.

Thanks for going through all of this Peter.

I must admit that sometimes while watching trial lawyers at work, I want to just scream “Objection! Asked and answered, your Honor!” However, I am really enjoying your clear explanation of the legalese used, why the precedent was cited and how it could affect the outcome. Thank you. No objections at this time!🥰

It still amazes me that the same people who pretend to care about Justice and the truth have no problem throwing that right out the window when it comes to somebody they hate.

I think those 3 episodes are it since they showed his conviction and all. And yes, Miss Becky, spoke in all 3 episodes. Def afraid it's going to bite her, but most especially, the conviction in the arse!

FYI, people rarely report that they were influenced by anyone. When asked, my Fox news watching relatives say their opinions were never based on a Fox report,
Therefore, no juror is likely to say their opinion was swayed by a person, even though we know people influence each other. They will always say it was testimony or other evidence.

The rule for an affidavit from the Defendant regarding whether he knew about "new evidence" probably doesn't apply to jury tampering in general. It probably applies more to forensic evidence or knowledge of witnesses, etc.

Seems to me that jurors are obligated to report to the judge if they had spoken to anyone about the trial. Every day.

Miss Becky did AM a big favor writing/publishing her book & giving him the opportunity for a new trial based on her jury tampering.
