The real advice that you’re failing to mention when it comes to preserving energy is starting your set from the bottom position AFTER kicking the dumbbells up.

Should also show how to set up before sitting down with situating the weights on your knees first, then sit. This way, you waste less energy attempting to shift the heavy weight from your sides to your knees then kick the weights up

Aye Tyler how much do you weigh? Im 133lbs and im doing strength training. I can deadlift 405lbs for reps with proper form (im not a 15 year old ego lifter 💀 im a 20 year old rugby player) but someone said i should lower the weight since im light. They say that i can hurt myself and i see their point because i did a bit of research and it says like the more mass one has the more weight they can move🤔 something along those lines. Should i listen to them and lower the weight or just continue progressing with the 405?
