Quick reminder! 💗

This video is very well written and has healthy, real-life tips! But the "Wonyoung Diet" is widely known as being harmful as Wonyoung herself is severly underweight. Be careful not to set high expectations for yourself, improving your health is good but harming yourself in the process is not! Take your time, you are beautiful every step of the way 💕

Guys please do not workout 3 times a day if you are a begginer or a young child because this might exhaust you and faint i reccomend doing a workout 1 time a day and start levekling it up once you are getting used to it

Please girl iou don’t need to k&ll yourself you are perfect God made you fr fr, I realised everyone one always wants to be or have or he doesn’t..like I could never imagine ppl wanted to be skinny whereas where I am having weight matters. A lot of ppl passed away doing these things, for what? Some attention? Since when do ppl deserve that so much?
