Just discovered you yesterday...I'm an ex chef, cafe owner here in NZ...had become totally uninspired and over cooking...now I'm soo excited and happy to want to create and cook again. It was time for a big change in the way I cooked and ate food, vegan seemed so out there and so many different approaches but after lots of research I found your you tube clips. It all just clicked into place and made sense...Vegan food, who would have thought! Loved loved your easy tasty chickpea curry, added greens...so guilt free and healthy. Thank you from Aotearoa!

This may have been mentioned in the video but here's another reason to eat breakfast: less risk of binge eating.  I have skipped breakfast before and as a result I was hungry all day no matter how much I ate.  When I eat breakfast I feel less hungry throughout the day.

You guys are just super. I love your enthusiasm but most of all I love the simplicity of your approach. I got your book at Christmas and I haven't eaten anything but your recipes since. I have boxes of unused cook books and would not be a good cook but the recipe instructions are very user friendly and everything just tastes amazing! Thank you very much. I've always wanted to be a vegetarian and your book has made it possible for me. On a personal level, I love your overall ethos and you have inspired me on many levels. Hope you guys get to see this. #5 is debatable with intermittent fasting being shown to be great for weight loss and overall health for most people. But protein synthesis has been shown to be best in the early part of the day, so breakfast is still important.

Great cheerful youtube! If you're still having problems losing weight as I know firsthand that sometimes for short term until you can stabilize to a lower healthier weight cutting out the fats like any oils for a while. You guys are wonderful so cheerful you just help the world being a happier place and that's amazing bless you bless you bless you

You guys were really an eye-opener for me! A lot of women in my family are in that famous dukan diet, trying to convince me it's the best way to lose weight, simply because it works. My boyfriend and I are trying to find the most natural way to lose weight, so we will definitely follow your tips and make all your recipes :D
