I've been wanting to get rid of 140lbs. During the pandemic I was at my highest point weighing 210 lbs and planned on losing 70lbs total. I'm currently 183 lbs (lost 20 pounds) and still staying strong but it is getting to be a challenge.
My advice is all of that hard work and you feel like giving up but wait until your luck comes back to hit you in the face, you'll never notice until the time is right

I am watching what I eat and been working mostly on abs at the gym and reached 173lbs.

I am currently 163 lbs and my target goal is 125lbs!

Hey you need not to worry I also put on 17 kg in this lockdown and 3 months back when Emirates started hiring cabin crew (which is my dream job) I got desperate about it and lost 13 kgs in months. U just have to follow a particular routine and be consistent

I’m 160+ and I’m only 12 and 5, 2 if I lose weight I will feel more confident so I’m going to try not to give up also I been struggling with weight since I was young when I was not even fat which made me go into depression and gain a lot of weight because I thought I was fat
