Everyone who is concerned that this “isn’t enough calories” is missing the fact that I am 5’2 at 115lbs. (My bmr is only 1800 calories on days I don’t train) Bulking means you have to STEADILY increase calories - so working up to 2300 calories is not something you should do overnight. (Also this video was when I was just getting back to training after recovering from surgery where I was inactive for 4 months so it took months to rebuild my appetite. ) Remember to never assume you know someone’s body stays based on what you see online. ❤️

To all the girls who exercise in those leggings… I have few genuine questions.
1. How is it comfortable exercising with a bunch of material in between your cheeks all the time?
2. Do you wear underwear and if yes, what kind, cause I don’t see those leggings could be worn with some comfy underwear.
3. If you choose grey ones, don’t you have patches of sweat later? Don’t you mind that?
4. Why? I’d really like to know.

As a somewhat sedentary 5' tall woman, this is WAY more than I could eat in a day! How are people saying this isn't enough food?? This is plenty of food for someone petite and active.

Love that you're eating very healthy, however you cannot work out as you do and eat so little, then expect to gain weight.

the people who are saying this is not enough food are probably over eating, this is more that enough, and very healthy, I guess americans are so used to overeat that when they see someone eating normal they freak out 😂

It will take 10 years of vegan for a person to realize the damage. It took me only 8 years. I am now animal based and healing.

I was suprised to see this kind of post meal, I just cant live without meat. I tried becoming a vegan just because I love animals, about 8 years ago and I didnt eat meat for some 2 weeks, I got sick and felt really really bad, I became pale and went to doctor for blood check and results were awful, doctors said that was very dangerous for me, maybe I didnt eat enough different foods. Anyway after that time I just cannot live without meat and after gym mostly I eat meat with a little bit of vegetables and fruits

As a vegan for 8 months now I been underweight but not because of my vegan lifestyle mostly cause I workout everyday for an hour on top of fasting Thursdays I don’t eat and than my daily walks makes it 2 hours a day of exercise 5’11 110lbs although I’m happy and energized all the time when I ate whatever I wanted aka junk food everyday and no exercise I was still skinny and moderate underweight before being vegan I just have a high metabolism
