All your videos are incredibly helpful- I find it really hard to stick with a full hour plus of working out, stretching, self care etc- but now I have adapted to doing 1-2 short vids of yours twice a day and it’s been so good for me. Made it so accessible and less stressful ❤ you’re crushing it and I adore you

I love that you eat a normal amount and dont limit yourself. Ive seen so many fitness gurus posting smoothies with half a banana and then a salad with barely anything maybe a snack and then like a cup of soup for dinner. This was actually helpful and inclusive. Thank you

I did yoga and pilates 5 days a week for a year. I saw very little change in my body. Then I found your videos and I substitute 3 days with you and my whole body has transformed. My abs are finally getting chiseled! Honestly with your videos I can pretty much eat whatever I want.

Why do people care so much about if she’s vegan or not? There are multiple other vegan influencers you can get your inspiration from. She made a choice for herself, a choice you don’t have to understand. Nobody’s perfect, but we can all try our best ♥️

Looks like a very normal diet, wow... did it take long to adapt to the non plant based food? Do you measure a bit what to cook like rice, salmon, etc? So that you have an idea Of the portion or you simply go with how you feel? Thank you Maddie 😊😊
