I ran 100 miles on concrete & ppl are asking about my knees and feet. Thankfully, my knees and feet were fine, but I have also patiently built strength around these areas of my body for many years. I don’t think we need long sessions spent on our knees but doing even a few exercises a day does make a difference.

Just what I need for my knees. As a former wildland firefighter I have bad knees, not to bad going up but coming down a mountain I’ve lost a lot of minutes.
