Hey, Vlad! I’ve been doing all your workouts for a few months now and they are great! Thank you so much for making these videos. I was curious about your opinion on split squats. You put a lot of emphasis on single leg work but I don’t think I’ve seen you do a split squat. Do you consider the get-up or step-up to be a better exercise?

Hi Vlad, great videos and really like the follow along style. Should I do these strength / balance workouts before or after a run or on a completely non running day. I'm a fairly new runner ... further I've done is 7 miles which prompted the knee pain and PT, lol.
