Thank you, Ash. Did this because my left knee started to hurt just a little during my run today. It passed quickly; don't think it meant anything, but a bit of strengthening didn't do any harm either. Another one I'll definitely do again!

Another good one. Thanks Ash. Day off running, set a PB in the Half Marathon yesterday. Training for a Full in 4 weeks. This week will be longest mileage before the taper. Knees are feeling good so I must be doing something right. Thanks again.

Ash is the man! I have had runners knee since march 18 and have been doing your stretches and knee strength exercises. While it’s getting better… I don’t feel quite ready to start running again. I’m blessed to be able to walk at a fast pace. Any advice on how to ease back into running safely? Thx bud

Did a 5K yesterday and 15 mins my knee pain came back and it was baddd… hurt so much had to nearly walk back home..so hoping to strengthen during rest of this year
