This is almost hilarious. I JUST had him stop me while I was dropping off our kids acting like he wants us to spend time together, go on dates, etc and we are currently getting a divorce. Which he says he still wants but wants to also start spending time together. He also threw in that I shouldn’t need a lawyer to get a divorce. We should be able to come to an agreement ourselves without lawyers. I know he’s just getting antsy because if I really get to telling everything he’d probably end up getting supervised visits and one of the first things the lawyers mentioned to me was making sure they get him on child support, which of course he says he shouldn’t have to pay even though he contributes NOTHING financially for them now and I have them 90% of the time or more.

This is exactly what happened. He put himself on child support. Never paid. We went for modification, and the judge asked me why I came. I said because I didn't want to go to jail because I didn't show up. My kids are now 12 and 15. He also had supervised visitation and never did any, and now the kids refuse to speak to him. He told the judge he would not be paying child support because he didn't see the kids, and I told the judge that the kids refused and our son blocked him. Our daughter stopped because she went on Facebook and saw all the partying and drug use, and he continued telling her it's my fault she can't see him. This time, when he took me to court, I asked the judge what is their suggestion because whether he provides for them or not our kids are taken care of. I took off work just to go through the same thing. He then proceeded to talk about his other child and the judges assistance told him you knew you had these two nd then went had another one and you want the other to suffer because you went and have another child 5 years later. He was dumbfounded when he found out that I was bringing in double the income he was making. After all I had lost jobs in the past because he didn't do his part or I had to go get kids from school while he pretended to forget. Yes he was so angry with me. The judge found out that he lied about his work, so they added to the arreas to match what he was making because he would purposely work few hours weeks before court date, but this time the lady had all the print out from the department of labor. Then they doubled the amount based on both if our incomes. All in nutshell, the sherif had to walk me to my car because he was angry and balling up his fists in court. Yep, and yes, he hasn't paid anything since the court date, and thankfully, I am able to support my children without assistance. He is on Facebook playing the victim, and now I just remind him that he put himself on child support. He needs to figure out how to take himself off. I used to fill bad for him, but he did exactly what you said, be nice for little bit, then I am the worst person after he got what he wants.

lol yea he hasn’t payed child support after all of these years out of spite not because he cant afford it. not realizing how hes ruining his life and scheduling bad karma for himself. hes very immature. lost his license and everything and last i spoke to him he told me he was the only one that could save our child. whole time ive been saving our child from him smh. even after counceling and trying year after year hoping he would get better but he blames his problems on me and im not even there. its pretty sad. i hope he gets the help that he needs to become a more functional person. ❤

I literally just went through this. He was trying to manipulate me for months telling me that it would be in my best interest to settle out of court. I knew what he was doing all along. I played along, as I couldn’t afford a lawyer but had received enough consulting and legal advice to move forward.
It’s just went just as Leon stated in the video, but for the sake our children and himself, I’m praying for his salvation.
