There's no shame in starting low and easy, the journey is long and hard, you dont need to mske it harder than it already is, slow and low, to make the thing happen💪

Another tip, is to do negatives. Jump or boost yourself up to the bar and the top position (like you did a pull-up) and then slowly lower yourself down the fully stretched position. This is greatly increase your pull-up power.

Using rubber bands for assists with pull ups is also amazing! Helps control your form with swaying and whatnot

Doing corect chin ups for the back is the same thing as doing pull upp, most people just dont know how to do them

Chin ups engage lats more. the muscle group that limits the pull up will be the forearms. also a vertical pull version of the bent over row. Personal choice though. But i recommend chin ups more.

Some people choose chin ups despite being able to do pulls ups. It’s not just a matter of ability. I prefer to do weighted chin ups for better compound movement between my lats and biceps.

Well if you can do chin ups, you probably can do at least 1 pull up. If you can do 1+ pull up you gotta use really light weight on assisted pull up machine. So light that it doesnt even help anymore because it goes up slower than a turtle
