I did a lot of hourglass or smaller waist workouts in my life but this one here is the first one, where I really feel pain in my waist muscles. Since we all try to glow up during quarantine, i will keep u guys updated on the change of my waist lmao.

Day - 5 : done 😚 ( i lost an inch ; feels so happy but my clothes are getting loose now🥺)
Day - 6 : not done ( 😑🤯because of very busy schedule)

I have to tell you this workout has saved me! I have a neck and hip injury from a car accident. After 2 years of therapy I'm back to working out again. I can't do most floor ab workouts because it strains my neck and standing abs sets off my hip. THIS WAS PERFECT! I was so excited to do this. No neck issues or hip pain, yet my abs got a good workout. The video was concise and the 30 second intervals were exactly what I needed. I'd love to see more of this type of ab workout! Thank you!

I was not expecting to feel the stretch and "burn" (but without pain 👍) in my abdomen area after just the first session! I could feel the stretch in my upper arms as well. I have hope now that I can eliminate that "muffin top" without high impact or painful exercise. Thank you SO much, Susana! If I do these faithfully each day when might I begin to see results? Thank you again!! 😊❤

Update: One week later and did these super easy exercises daily. The waistbands on my clothes are already looser! Never thought it would happen!!😉 And am I alone in lovin' when Susana says, "Here we go!" 😂😂😂 It keeps me inspired 👍

Day 7-✔️ For some reason my ribs/diaphragm part hurts during the 2nd & 3rd workouts. But I'll keep going

Just started doing u exercise for 5 days & I already lost 0.5 inch from my waist & belly...
I didn’t follow any diet.. Just did 3/4 of ur exercises daily & BOOOOMM..!!!
