this video is underrated. i swear, ive tried so many Chloe Ting ab and waist workouts, but for some reason, i just wasn't seeing the result I wanted. after doing this workout for a little over a week, I literally see the biggest difference. 100% recommend

Okay so I did this workout 4x a day (repeated video twice, 2x morning and 2x night) for 2 weeks (I did it everyday) and i saw AMAZING results! I also ate clean and walked with my dog everyday. Even though I got results i’m still going to continue this workout, but seriously, this does work. Just remember to really put in the effort during the workout and do it multiple times like she says. :)

After two weeks, I can see the results, it's amazing! I haven't really followed a diet or anything but this exercise is magical! I'm sorry but my english is not really good😅

I really don't know if anyone noticed this but this workout is almost exactly like Daisy Keech's Hourglass Abs Workout. This video was posted almost a year before Daisy's. I'm done seeing big creators steal small creators' content. This SHOULD NOT happen again.

literally love this workout ! I have been doing it everyday for a week and a half repeating the workout 3 times, and I LOVE IT on the second day of doing this workout I could see results, This workout actually works especially if you are fully dedicated. What I can say is that I am not new to workout out I have been workout out everyday for the past year . I have defiantly learned a lot I can honestly write a whole paragraph about my experiences, results etc. I am a skinny girl haha but my stomach hasn't been so cinched in like it is right now. I honestly dont know why this video doesn't get more views !! if your looking threw the comments for motivation, Give it a try !!

i did this workout everyday for around 1 and a half weeks and saw a huge difference! some of my tips would be:

- listen to ur fav music! it'll keep u motivated and u'll enjoy the workout too (i'd recommend "the score", they're a super motivational band!) ✨
- stay hydrated!! water is literally ur biggest energy provider when working out! don't let it go out!! ✨
- EAT!!! people say not to eat bc u'll get fat but that's not right! u need the energy food provides and protein and fibre are important to become skinny! (if that's what ur after) ✨
- take it slow! i wrote down this workout and used my own timer instead of following along with the video. it helped bc i didn't rush the workout to go along with her. ✨
here it is:
30 sec crunches (legs raised)
30 sec bicycles
30 sec side crunches
30 sec side crunches
1 min plank
30 sec hip twists


- take some breaks! i started off with a 35 second timer and waited until it got to 30 seconds before starting each exercise. when the timer's up, start it again for 40-35 seconds to get a small break! it really helps! (u will still see results)✨
- if it's difficult, do it once a day until you feel you're ready to do it twice. after that, do it 3 times (WHEN YOU FEEL UR READY!!) ✨
- DON'T GIVE UP!! ik it seems hard and you feel you're never gonna lose weight or get skinny, but trust me, you can do this! small changes are just the beginning! keep ur self motivated! u got this!! 💖

waist: abt 30 in
Day 1: 4 rounds
Day 2: 4 rounds
Day 3: 4 rounds
Day 4: 4 rounds
Day 5: 3 rounds
Day 6: did 7 rounds of a different ab workout
Day 7: did a chloe ting ab workout and then one round of the same workout from yesterday

Waist: 28 in
this workout is rlly nice and it made me develop a routine!! it takes a bit to notice differences but I only did it 4 times a day.

Week One: Wish me luckk 💕

Day 1: done and repeated. (Did the workout 2 times)
Day 2: done and repeated. I didn’t do bicycles because I couldn’t figure out how to do it. I replaced another 30s crunches instead of bicycles. I also took a few second break between exercises because my abs were hurting bad. Finished the workout off with a 1min plank.
Day 3: done and repeated.
Day 4: done and repeated. Instead of bicycles, I will do side to side heel touches instead of bicycles from now on.
Day 5: done and repeated. I’m so surprised I didn’t feel that much pain or did the workout hurt me at all. Normally I would feel pain the day after my workouts and I did, but I could tell that the pain is slowly going away and when I workout, my abs didn’t hurt like they did before. So I guess as long as you keep on doing it and have commitment, you’ll be 100% just fine ✅.
Day 6: done and repeated! I was going to do 3 sets today but my arms and neck said no😅.
Day 7: DONE AND DID 3 SETS!! I did 3 sets today so I’m soo proud of mee!! (I did the workout 3x)
-Overall report for the 1st week-
I don’t have a measuring tape so I didn’t know what my measurements were and how many cm/in I lost but by appearance, I could kinda tell that my belly was a teeny tiny bit smaller than it was before. Of course, it’s only the 1st week so no difference could be seen at all if you didn’t take before and after pictures. However, I’m planning to do this workout for 1 more week and see if I get any results! I’ll definitely update y’all every time I do this workout so don’t worry lol. But week 2 here I come!!

Week Two: 💕
Day 1: done and repeated. I hate the last exercise now lol idk why. But I feel great :)
Day 2: done repeated.
Day 3: done and repeated. I decide to only do the workout until the end of this week because I’m starting another workout.
Day 4: done! I did 3 sets today which was surprising to me.
Day 5: rest day. ❌ (I was way too busy today and didn’t have to do my workout)
Day 6: done and repeated. Felt weird because I didn’t workout yesterday and my abs were more tiring today 😅.
Day 7: done and repeated! It’s the end of the weekk and usually I’ll give results on how it’s doing but since I had a rest day on day 5, I’ll continue to do this workout one more day tomorrow and I’ll give my overall thoughts and opinions 💖.
Day 8: DONE AND REPEATED!! YASS I DID IT YALLL 😭. Sorry that was extra but yess! I did it!!
- Thoughts and opinions for the whole workout -
I have to say I’ve proud of me for doing this whole workout for 2 whole weeks and being consistent (except for that busy day) throughout the weeks. I’m the type of person who gains weight easily when eating a lot and throughout the workout I wasn’t on a diet. I just ate less but I also snack sometimes. I have to say this workout actually did help me lose some weight and looking at my shape, I have a better figure than I have before. For example, I look a bit more slim and the fat on my belly decreased a bit. Overall, I think this workout was helpful and a little effective on me for someone who easily gains weight. If you want it to be more effective, I suggest be more consistent, drink a lot of water, diet and eat healthy if you can, and be motivated to do this workout for about 1-2 months and I guarantee you will see noticeable improvement ✅. Day 1 ✅ (kept taking small breaks) 2sets
Day 2 ✅ (small breaks in between exercises) 1 set in the morning and 1 set at night
Day 3 ✅ 1 set
Day 4 ✅ 2 sets (small breaks) (plank only lasted about 30+ sec)
Day 5 ✅ 2 sets (finally lasted the plank 😔👊)

hi its been a long time since ive done this exercise i did it early 2021, for about 3 months i exercised everyday alternating between different workout videos but always stayed consistent with this one, its super underrated and whitin 2 weeks of doing this my waist was shrinking and becoming sm more snatched and my abs started to look more defined, by three months i looked like i had abs and a skinty snatched waist, it dropped from 26 inches to 23 inches/ 24 inches !! best ab workout out there i memorised the workouts and always come back to it !! dont give up yall !!
