WOW, I love this new video. Today was the first time I did this one & it was fantastic. I usually do 3 of your videos each night (all standing), but tonight I decided to add 1 more since it was sitting down. I didn't think I would feel anything seated, but I really did feel the movements in my abdomen & back. Thank you for this video. I can do your videos even when I'm not in the mood to move, they are just the right tempo.

Hi Imi I'm new to your channel and I love your videos. The facial exercises are so awesome, and I immediately began to see improvement under my eyes within days. I have tried under eye wrinkle removal but nothing has worked but your exercise and oil massage.
The toe massage, I tried yesterday before going to bed and my big toe was less painful and I slept comfortably. Now I'm doing the swing chair exercise. I also love the music it is beautiful and relaxing and aids in my concentration and healing transformation. You are now my go to for wellness and healing. I never liked yoga until now.

I follow your exercises regularly.
I am a sr. Citizen aged 74 so, I suggest some exercise fr sr. Citizen too to loose weight.
Simple exercises preferably in chair.
