This was my second day of pilates, ever! For both days I followed your beginners videos and I LOVED it! Because they are really doable and straight forward to follow for someone who has never done pilates, and I love that it doesn't feel straining or extremely fatiguing. My period cramps usually bring me to my knees in pain but this time around I haven’t even needed ibuprofen (unheard of for me), I truly believe it’s because I’ve done your Pilates videos 7 nights in a row!! They say core exercises can help with cramps and now I’m a believer

Got busy in the last week and stopped doing my Isa Welly Pilates each day. I have paid for that with tension and aches. Eased back in with this balanced workout today and already feel better.
