Thank you 😊 as someone who struggles a lot with depression, this was the perfect video for me. I promised myself if I’m unable to go to a class in my area then I’ll find one on YouTube and I did!! So glad I got out of bed today

As someone who is overweight I was worried about trying pilates. It always seemed v unwelcoming to bigger ppl. But honestly I'm so glad I tried it. The low impact is great since I have a previous knee injury, and this works out my core, legs and hips so well which has really helped with working out in general as a bigger person. Helps me feel more stable and therefore more able to do active stuff. 👍👍 so thank you!
Also leaving this comment if there are any other bigger ppl skimming the comments trying to decide if they should try it!

You are VERY quickly becoming my favorite Pilates instructor. I absolutely loved this class. My two little girls also like joining their mama in on the classes too. Looking forward to this beginner series <3

I’m 6 months late but I’m just now starting your videos- this was my first one and it was amazing— I’m about to be 27 but I have a lot of joint pain and a back injury from a car accident, I’ve been wanting to build my strength back and I feel like Pilates would be great… thank you so much and keep on scatting and humming lol

I have been consistently doing your beginners videos since June 1st with maybe a one day break in between every now and then. I use to crumble at a table top position and was unable to do one push up. Now I can see the difference in my strength. Thank you for your videos!!

I don't think I've ever had an instructor that made me laugh during a workout lol. A gentle reminder to release the breath and push through the hard parts!
