Start your day with this morning power vinyasa flow for strength. Strengthen your core and build fire with this power yoga class in the morning.

If you want to step up your yoga routine to build strength, then you will love this power yoga flow. I incorporate pulsing into the yoga poses to help you get fired up quickly. Flow through downward dog, dolphin pose, plank pose, and bridge pose to build strength in your legs and core muscles. This yoga class is NOT easy but it is well worth the effort. I love all the gentle morning routines, but was looking for a bit more umph today. In a short time, this routine energized me and kept me moving. Yesterday I tried this practice again but had to quit about halfway. Today I made it with a lot less trouble. I wouldn't say there was any one thing that gave me too much trouble, but did have a lot of phlegm coming up, and I'd say this was also one of the few times I've done yoga that I actually got sweaty. Thank you Brett.
