Dust off that old stepper and let's lift and tone our glutes together! While this not a traditional cardio step class, we are using our step in this 20-minute class to "level-up" our training for an extra booty burn. Grab one heavy dumbbell or set of ankle weights for an extra challenge. Let's have some fun!

I just did this exercise again. My gosh, its so good! The most difficult part is the last move - lifting the thighs while on my stomach. 😅
