I just finished doing this workout and with no shame I admit that I had to set both 45 pound dumbbells down and use my own bodyweight for the second set of lunges. This was an amazing video, and I will be back tomorrow to do another one of your workouts. Thank you so much and I hope everyone has an amazing day!

Soooo sweaty and so so good!!! I paired this with the 5 min lean legs and 10 min resistance band glute workout and I am DRENCHED!!! I’m also a dancer, but I’ve always had a more muscular/athletic type build. Not necessarily a bad thing at all I’ve just always wanted to be a bit more lean as a dancer and I feel like your workouts have truly helped me achieve that! ❤️❤️
