For years I worked out to burn calories and lose fat. However, since finding Nicole’s channel I have fell in love with moving my body. I realised that exercise is not about burning fat or calories it is about how you feel whilst doing it and how amazing you feel after doing it. In the past I would never just do a 20 minute workout without having to do something else to make sure I “burned more”. The feeling I get after these workouts is amazing and made me view exercise in a completely different way. Thank you Nicole ❤

i just love how calm her voice is and how encouraging she always is. whenever i'm feeling unmotivated to workout, i just do one of Nicole's workouts and i feel so much better. never thought i could feel peaceful and sweaty/shaky at the same time lmao

It blows my mind how effective 20 minutes of working out can be. You must have known that I was almost straightening my leg when you encouraged us to keep it bend even though it's tough.😂 You know us so well. Was sweating like crazy towards the end. Really nice workout thank you❤

This is my new favorite one for my quads! I have huge dancer thighs so getting a deep workout for them is hard! This exercise is amazing!💓
