I’ve done this video 3 times now and I’m just getting the hang of it. Just a reminder that you’ll get better with practice and repetition.
Will do it a couple more times before moving to day 16

Ughh really struggled with this one...my legs were on fire balancing for that amount of time ..easiest one for me was the tree pose. X

This series is definitely challenging but i did not think i would be able to do dancers pose but i did it!

I need to get better at these movements, I was shaking and losing my balance quite a bit. I know I just need to keep strengthening my core, and it will become easier. Thank you for another great video.

Awesome...key to balance in those poses is to focus on a point on front of u...or on a point the wall ..or focus on any one thought...kudos to u u do it while talking
