# 3 meals a day with 4-5 hours of gap (8 am-1 pm - 8 pm)
2. Most tasty and heavy breakfast, heaviest of all lunch, light dinner.
3. Try to eat a apple daily (it has all nutrients)
4. Protein intake is compulsory, it will make you full for long hours (eggs, paneer, tofu, chicken, pulses)
5. Water _ eating hours 1-2 glass before and after meals (1 hour gap with meal)
6. (neither overeating nor starving)
7. Try to eat slowly and without any distractions like phone, tv, etc. ( 30-40 minutes)
8. Excercise, sports, dance, yoga (anything you enjoy for 30+30 minutes morning evening)
9. Desi ghee, mustard oil, sendha namak/ organic salt must be included
