This video is SO IMPORTANT. It's so hard to feel motivated to work out and all I see from gym influencers is pressure to get results, and not the actual importance of doing simple tasks like just going to the gym and getting used to the environment, building a routine and reaching a point of confort.

I personally think that so far this is the most realistic video in terms of healthy daily habit tips cause a lot of videos out there focus more on results therefore making one feel pressured to create healthy daily habits instead of figuring out how to make it more enjoyable for themselves so thank you for this, Haley! Love the part about intuitive eating. I've been struggling with being underweight since forever & there aren't a lot of people out there talking about it so I've always been so confused on what to do with my body. Bless you ❤️

I've never really had any weight problem until one year ago, when I started to put on weight and gained 10kg... I find it very hard to love my body today although I am not overweight, (I was 59kg for 172cm, and today I am 69kg).

The change in my life was a new different job, and I had a lot of stress and no time for myself. So eating was like my easy solution to relief that stress. I still feel very exhausted and overwhelmed by work today but I am willing to change my habits. And among the billion videos on Youtube, I found yours SO CLEVER.

You give real advices to people who struggle (real, normal people who don't like gym or don't want to cut all kind of junk foods).

I am going to follow your advice on everything : allow myself good things but small portions as I used to do, try to start with 5min of sport and make a habbit of going to the gym (even for 10 min), and more important of all, be gentle with myself.

At first I was worried it would be triggering for me to watch this video due to my past ED, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear you talk about intuitive eating! I've been practicing for about 2.5 years now (read the same book you referenced), and it's a work in progress, but my relationship with food is SO much better, and I can think straighter, and am happier. When I hear my friends talk about their new strict "diet" I'm so grateful that I am no longer in that mental prison.

it's hard to access gym at where I'm right now, so I do morning run for five times per week. At first, I was targeting to lose weight, but as time goes by, I now focus on being stronger, and being able to run longer ^^
