A lot of people struggle with how to stay loyal in a relationship when they often feel attraction towards other people, and sometimes are even tempted into thoughts about cheating.
It's even harder when you're in a long distance relationship.
Why do people cheat? Often, the main reason people commit acts of infidelity, is because they can't handle the pressure of not being able to talk about their feelings of attraction toward other people, and it haunts their minds.
Should i break up with my girlfriend? Should i break up with my boyfriend? Before you can answer these difficult questions, you first need to explore why you feel the urge to leave for someone else. Sometimes it's just the pressure of commitment in a relationship that makes it tempting to stray.
If you're wondering how to leave your husband or wife, or when to leave a relationship that you're deeply committed to, you must learn to look past your attraction for others and understand the deeper psychology behind your desire to leave.
It's hard to figure out how to know when to end a relationship and leave for somebody else. Is it just a brief attraction, or something much more significant, like true love?
And it can be just as challenging from the other side, when you're the one liking someone in a relationship and they are unsure about their loyalty to their partner. It can be tempting to encourage them to cheat.

Long term relationships are hard, particularly long distance relationships. There will always be temptations to cheat, because there will always be attraction.

Why do men cheat? Why do women cheat? Answering these questions all comes down to understanding what is happening in your brain and body when you're attracted to someone else.

I don't agree.. tomorrow isnt guaranteed for anyone! Ive spent the last 17 years of life being patient and faithful.. that costed me my freedom and social life! Now im suffering from severe depression and loneliness! If you see something/someone you want, go for it as it opens new doors.. doing "the right thing" gets you nowhere in life! 🤷‍♂️

I agree a lot with this. Boundaries are super important between the couple, both about how they interact with other people and also between themselves (especially physical before marriage).

Although they aren’t trust themselves, it creates room to build trust and communicate effectively.

I’ve had a boyfriend for 3 weeks now, he’s sweet and I have a lot in common with him but sometimes it feels a bit off. He has a guy friend which I had a crush on a couple of months back, not knowing they were friends. I just headed that there was a big possibility that he likes me. I have a bigger attraction and connection with him. I like him more but I’m scared that he’s to good to be true. Also I’m scared of breaking up their friendship since my boyfriend is really paranoid of the possibility of me dating him. And that my friends will think I’m an asshole (in our school everything travels fasssst). Do you have any advice?

I'm in a relationship with someone for five months now and so they are a great person, he was my friend before and then we began dating when we realized we clicked and I fell in love with him. But my past trauma and toxic relationships has gotten me so worried that he might fall for someone else and even if he reassures me constantly I don't like that I have to ask him because I don't want to annoy him too. Maybe I'm over reacting a bit? I watched this video trying to reassure myself that my partner will not leave me but still it scares me so much.
