Shape, sculpt, and tone your total upper body and abs with this 20-minute dumbbell workout. We'll work our biceps, triceps, deltoids (shoulders), chest, and back. Dumbbell weight should be heavy enough to just barely get you to the end of each set. We'll start with a warm-up, then upper body, then abs, and last but not least, a stretching routine. Let's do it!
