Build strong and toned legs and glutes with this 15 minute Dancer Legs Workout. This workout will target your inner/outer thighs and glutes, leaving you feeling lengthened and strengthened! No equipment and no dance experience required. Enjoy this workout on it's own, or combine it with one of my other workouts for a full body burn. Have fun! :)

Hope you enjoy this dancer legs and glutes workout! ☺️ If you find the side lying position uncomfortable for your hip, I'd recommend placing a blanket or something soft underneath your hip so you are nice and comfy. Have fun and let me know how you go in the comments below! ❤️
