I like your workouts a lot but would love it if you could put 5-10 seconds between each exercise for setup time. By the time we get to the next move, sometimes there are only 20 seconds left. Also maybe keep that "next move" video up until you're actively in the following move that way if we make it before you start we know what to do ;-) Thank you for these, they are great!!

This was great! Would love to see more targeted Pilates and Yoga workouts that are 10-20 minutes in length!

Loved this. Can you make more floor Barre for legs like for inner outer thighs? The are good for people with foot injuries too to still work legs but no impact on feet. Also, if you do more on back like scissors it helps drain inflammation from legs.

Hey Eleni, this is what I asked for a while back. I suffer from thigh fatigue and I found this very helpful. Thanks for uploading this for us. You make it look so easy. Some of your workouts I can't do, but always watch every video and join in where I can.
