Please note that the ‘lunge and pulse’ move at 1:36, 3:53 and 6:11 is for advanced fitness levels. Always ensure that you keep your heels down and your knee stays in line with your toes as you lunge. I've been doing this for two weeks and I can see the results. My legs are toned, enough to wear shorts without shame. And my abs look absolutely fantastic and I'm so proud of myself. This workout is gold.

I never, I repeat never, did workouts! I never needed to, like I have an okay body but my P.E teacher said I was 'inactive' aka 'lazy'. So, I started doing Dani's workouts with my sister and OMFG these have completely changed my life! I EVEN MADE IT TO THE FOOTBALL/SOCCER TEAM! xxx Thank you

I've just done 21 minutes of exercise by completing 3 of Dani's videos and it only felt like 5 minutes! I absolutely loved it as it didn't feel like a chore and was extremely fun. I can feel it in my muscles already, I will definitely be doing these exercises on a regular basis. I would love to see what foods you eat in order to keep healthy as I am really struggling with that at the moment. Thank you :) x

Danielle, I'm new here but I'm already in love with your vids. You give me so much motivation, thank you. I've found out about you 3 weeks ago and I started doing these workouts. Especially this one, it killed me but I'm so happy with myself now. I have lost alot of weight and I'm enjoying it so much. I've pushed to the end and I already see so much result.

I have been doing this workout for 3 days and have decided to update the results here after 14 days. So
Before : both thighs = 24.5 inches
Day 1 ✅
Day 2 ✅
Day 3 ✅
Day 4 ✅ both thighs = 23.5 inches. I will continue the routine for whole month
Day 5 ✅😃

I thought it won't help, so I just did it for fun. BUT after two days, I found it really helps!!! Thank you for teaching me a fun way to exercise : )

ahhhh...yes the results are AMAZING! YOU WONT BELEIVE HOW BEAUTIFULLY TONED MY LEGS ARE... I CANT BELEOVE MY LEGS ARE SEXY! LOL THANKS DANI YOU KEEP ME INSPIRED AND MOTIVATED... but before you do this just to let you know you also need a calf workout with this to get a perfect legs results... 😍😍😍

Hey Danielle,

I tried this exercise along with your hip hop one. At first I was a bit skeptical because I like to feel the burn in my legs when I work on them and this workouts seamed a little to easy though my heart rate was pretty hight in the end. However on the next day I felt my muscles toned and so I decided to give it another try, this time I felt like I'm putting more effort in it and though I didn't feel my usual burn I could definitely feel that my body is very engaged.
From this point I'm definitely going to incorporate this routine into my workout, thanks for the fun :)
