This workout is no joke. You can definitely feel the burn in the last excercise. I almost gave up but then did it anyway.

I love how functional this is. I feel dancer trainers include more thigh workouts were others mostly focus on glutes. Also like the length. If I make ask for future, something with more hamstrings, with or with out equiptments

Perfect right after my leg day week 3 on the app's full body program!!! Finished the 8 weeks of the dancer sculpt program and I'm already week 3 on the full body one! Totally forgot December started yesterday so I just did all 4 workouts to catch up and MAN was I struggling at the end of this vid 🤣 but I did it! Remember to give yourselves grace! Push yourself but don’t overexert yourself! The fact that you’re even trying and wanting to work on your health is amazing 🤩👏🏽

I have to say I really enjoy your workouts. I was a dancer for 9 years but I’m off for 10 years. Also I’ve been doing yoga on and off for years and got really bored. I tried pilates but on so many videos on youtube instructors are doing moves so fast, I could not feel my muscles. I wanted to include weight training to my routine. Your monthly challenges are exactly what I wanted. I can revive my dancer muscles, strengthen with core workouts also lose weight with weighted workouts. I’m glad I’ve found you ❤

Hi Maddie, I adore your dance sculpt workouts to keep myself strong and flexible. Glad to have discovered your content. As I was a child I dreamt of becoming a dancer, but my parents didn't allow me to go to ballet class ( it was not affordable.. ). Thanks to you, at 54, I can have my little compensation ❤.
