great idea. sounds intense but this will be the next level for me. Right now I'm at a 2 min. run and 1 min. walk. for 15 min. at 5mph. It was hard week one but I can't believe how easy its getting on week two. I think I will use this on week 3 or 4. Thanks

I've not been running for over 5 months now, and judging by your programme, it seems like a sensible, cautionary way of rehabilitating oneself, back into fitness, once again: and most importantly, avoiding all those nasty injuries which can occur, if you overdo it. I'll definitely be giving it a go. Thanks

Breathing pattern for long run. Whenever I run I always inhale and exhale through nose but when I exhale through mouth or opens mouth my energy goes down Then I had to stop running.

I have a dance performance on Aug 4th. Will this help me to build up stamina by then for a high-intensity 3 minute performance? I will still try this out, thanks.

Often when I run with a 7-10 effort my chest and/or ribs hurt but go away after I stop running. Is that normal?

Thanks for the video..As of today I am able to run 3k at a stretch.. I got to run a 10k on may 21st 2017..is it physically possible if I follow the right approach?
