Dont make it easy pace but lazy pace trust there is reason behind it .
So make it three level hard, comfortable, lazy .
Spent 70 % time as lazy runner
20% as relaxed runner
10% as hard .

This will also apply for sprinting .
The idea is brong the body to a flow state, body knows its easy and enjoyable .
Tjen push it slowly to bit hard .

Be careful! Although plyometrics is great for improving your running. If you are new to this. Doing it straight away. Without strengthening your Achilles. Could cause injury! So maybe do some static holds for 45 seconds. Stand on tiptoes.Both feet at a time. Build it up and work up to doing 45 seconds on one leg. When you have a good foundation straight. You can do plyometrics! If you do everything he says to do. In this video. Straight away. It's a recipe for injury! Apart from the bits at the beginning. About walking and running. That bit is okay!
