Hello Charlie, first love your content it’s very informative, and detailed and it really works once you put it in motion. Question I have you do most of your videos on the track but I run on uneven ground s sometimes on gravel and I see myself loosing form up And down elevation of the surface, do you have any tips for that.

I do those every sesión as warm up but only like 2 or 3 reps. Will that help my mechanics?
