I’m so excited to find this. Thank you ! I am 60 and have skied most of my life but I know I need to get stronger to progress. My kids all ski raced and I spent more time driving then skiing. Now they are adults and fast strong skiers. I would like to be able to ski with them. I need to get stronger. Thank you.

Excited to work on these. Will be coming back from last year off due to an achilles tear and picking up my adult house league racing where I left off. Entering the 66-70 age bracket this year!

No way I can do most of your exercises; you're killing my knees as they won't bend that far. Appreciate your knowledge!

Thanks for the video. In minute 2:45, you locking your knee is very messing up them.
