My weight was about 130 kg..I only changed my habits such as walkin after having meal avoiding dinner and having dinner as much as i can and also drinking 2 3 glass of normal tem water before having meal and now it is 90kg..🙂

Eat simple whole foods, not the store, the foods 🍏🍋🍌🍉🍅🥑🍆🥦🥒🍠🥔. Cook them simply or keep them raw, stay away from processed foods if possible. It will work 👌🙂 good luck to you.

The best diet to lose weight in the fastest way possible is simply Intermittent Fasting!
I'm in day 24 now and i feel great!
I've used the 16/8 method, drank unsweetened green tea while in the fasting period, added peppers to my diet, completely cut off sugar and done some HIIT workouts.
People been complimenting me that i have lost weight

My tip: take a water bottle where's you go as you are more likely to drink water if it's in a bottle than a glass 💧💧💧
