I was planning to visit a bariatric practitioner or a nutritionist to understand the fat loss process in detail. FORTUNATELY, I got the chance to watch one of the Hypertroph's videos. From past 5 years i have been trying to lose weight whenever i made my mind to do resistance training my friends and family always told me to do cardio only but i was never able to achieve a good body but now iam focusing on weight training and calories deficit now journey seems to be good, enjoying and fits in my routine too 😁❤️❤️

as they say, abs are not made in gym they are made in kitchen, Abs are like 30 percent gym and 70 percent diet. Agreed with you this was my mistake that I did when I was on my weight loss journey, I did hours of hours of cardio and did lost fat but also muscle, Its been 3 week me doing only 20 minutes cardio and 50 minutes of calisthenics weight training. my weight is same but lost a lots of fat and have gained strength, i will share this wisdom to anyone of my friend to loss fat and gain muscle
