Workout Breakdown:

30-seconds on, 15-second transition for three rounds! Between each full round, take 60-seconds to rest.

1) B Stance Goblet Squat (right)
2) B Stance Goblet Squat (left)
3) B Stance Hip Thrust (right)
4) B Stance Hip Thrust (left)
5) B Stance RDL (right)
6) B Stance RDL (left)
7) DB Calf Raises
8) DB Clean to Press
9) DB Alternating Snatch
