One of the things we miss most about the gym is our leg day workout. Leg workouts are very much a love/hate relationship around here, but a good leg dumbbell workout always leaves us wanting more.

In this leg day workout at home I am using a 30 lb dumbbell and a foam yoga block. Use what works best for you for this leg dumbbell workout, or get creative with something you have around the house.
