i finally got around to doing this workout! I've been struggling with mental illness and I've let my health slip away, but not anymore. im taking back control of my own body. i hope someone reads this message and it inspires them to do the same! it's never too late to take care of yourself!

I have never hated yet been thankful to someone so much in my life.
Every time you did a thumbs up, I gave one back. Gonna do my best on these 30 days.
Never really worked out before, was always the unfit "skinny" nerd. Trying to get my life into order and im so thankful I found this. Not much out there to concretely help beginners like me. There are many "do this workout daily" sort of thing. But there's no real "do this month routine and have this diet and your channel is super helpful for me, gonna do my best.

So I did this workout last night. While I was doing it, I thought to myself, “man this isn’t too bad, it’s getting my heart pumping and I’m sweating a little bit, this is a piece of cake.” I finished it and felt good, did a small stretch and went to bed. Woke up in the middle of the night and when I got up my hamstrings almost cramped! I’m not fully sore but my goodness am I feeling it!

I did this while wearing a waist belt it's a killer! I acquired said belt through my first 3 years of fatherhood. Great workout!
