Netflix and chill but make it fitness! Do this gentle, lazy girl workout all from your couch while you watch your favorite shows! its only 10 mins long, so this short low impact workout is perfect to do when you start a new episode. this is also a great gentle morning wake up workout!

Can I just say that it helps so much to see a real reaction to exercising even for a fit person. Sometimes it’s hard to want to keep working out when your instructor is so energetic and unfazed by the exercise. So to see that it’s even hard or uncomfortable for you helps us that struggles. It just make me feel less alone I guess. Idk. Thank you for making videos that let us know hey it’s easier than you think and you can do it too

I haven’t moved my body in nearly a year, gained a lot of weight and I’m in really bad shape. This workout was just what I needed! Doing something IS really better than doing nothing. So thank you for getting me moving.

while i’m not overweight, i am out of shape, and this workout has helped me get moving even with severe depression. i can’t get out of bed most days for more than an hour so just using my muscles in any way makes me feel really good. thank you for this :)

For people who have spent months or years in a sedentary state, whether due to chronic physical illness or depression, etc.. offerings such as this cannot be more important!! There’s a lot of pressure around what working out is supposed to look like, and it can be easy to just say f it and not do anything, if you’re not up for some intense cardio or dragging your ass to the gym. I’m so appreciative, and would love to see more fitness accounts putting out content like this. Thanks a bunch!

Been looking for lazy girl workouts for ms. A lot of my muscle spasticity in my legs is when I put weight on my feet so when I try to walk or really doing any lower body movement while on my feet. So this is perfect. I feel like I'm still giving my legs a real workout with having to be on my feet! Love this. Thank you!

I haven’t worked out in years because I’m hyper mobile and I’m prone to dislocating joints and falling because my ligaments are like cooked spaghetti so I have no idea where to start building strength without having to worry falling. This helps so much and it felt so good to have done a workout again❤

This is honestly the best workout in the entire world! I can do it at home while relaxing and also it’s easier to say I’m just laying on my bed if my parents walk in- Lol but seriously im so grateful for you Vicky, you have really made me motivated and more confident with my body ✨🦋💖
