You have to consider the individual edge physical any prior injuries most times is muscle imbalance and possible posterior pelvic rotation in my experience.. as a medical massage therapist

Get on back with butt raised up so air humps 3 sets of 15 regularly. You have a weak back etc from sitting too much. Probably from computer and cellphone use

I had 3 back surgeries with 2 fusions from L4-S1. It’s seems I have chronic butt pain I believe coming from L5 for 9 years. It also seems the pain triggers grabbing, pins and needles, and super burning bilaterally on bottom of both feet. I know I have neuropathy. , but I can’t take the sitting pain. I did Nevro stimulation, Accupuncture, dry needles, PT, epidurals. Can’t wear shoes cause of the grabbing feeling. I have to wear ugly croks for 9 years. I know it’s referred pain. Pills snd low dose opiods don’t help. I hate I had to give in to opioids, even though it’s low dose. There’s no pinched nerve.i did everything under the.sun. What u recommend. Shots everywhere didn’t help either. Why does my feet burn, if I sit?what u recommend
