And now the 1 Million Dollar question. How to do a proper carve/pop while being massively overpowered?

"Start carving towards the wind after you steer your kite up". Thank you!!! No one explained this before. I've been egding and carving way too early and beyond 45 degrees, which made me lose all my speed

Awesome tips as always Steven. Since seeing this I’ve cut down on my nervous steering and just parked the kite until time to redirect. This has really cleaned up my kite control, giving much smoother/ softer and more predictable landings.”Stick to the plan” is great advice too, normally I would start some nervous steering to try to keep the kite above me if I go surprisingly high- but your advice works even better- it’s much easier to stay in control- I’m getting more comfortable with higher jumps- Thank you

SA's videos always make me psyched to go out kiting and make progress. Great tips! I'm just getting the double backroll barspin with a heli loop down, now I want to try this double frontroll one footer trick. Looks super stylish!

This is the best video explaining how to properly jump high, I think many people will get value out of this, even advanced riders! 🤙🏽
I would like to know a little bit more details about board sizes for big air and board offs!

Excellent video!! I watched it last night before todays session. During my jumps I kept thinking ‘stick to the plan’ helped so much! Thank you!!

Great video! Edging hard and carving 45 deg into the wind before pressing off is something I’ve been trying to get better at all year. I have a feeling my kite size is to big most of the time and that the oversized kite is messing up my take off. I take a bigger kite most of the time because I land softer with it. I always use the CORE XR ……….Thank you for this video!!

Steven, another great video that really helped me out. I'm nervously steering my kite on my bigger 7 and 9 m2 jumps, especially when above my comfort zone. Parking the kite at 11:30, and not letting the kite get behind me is a big help. Thanks again for the tip, can't wait to try it out.

And one question. How much does the steering speed effect jump height?

Thanks!!

Thank you, this is another very good tutorial. One question though: Can you please elaborate on the exact timing when sending the kite up? What speed do you send it up, from where, how about the timing of edge/carve/send? You suggest not to send it fast from low, what is the best way to send it?
Would love to see and hear your thoughts about this, thanks!
