Extra red meat, oysters, eggs, organ meats, and grass fed butter melted on the ribeyes. Sleep a lot, lift a lot, and fast. Most won't do it but it works.

You just lost me with this one. I'm a 64 yo male. Total T: 863. Free T: 171. I don't do diets. I eat a lot of red meat, eggs, butter, fish, and olive oil. Veggies because I like them, but I might go days without. Carbs centered around my daily strength training. I walk for my cardio. I'm not carbo-phobic. I use them to fuel my workouts. Otherwise, heavy on the protein and fats.

How do butter and red meat increase inflammation? How do complex carbs reduce it?

Wrong Doc. One does not avoid meat but consume more of it to boost testosterone level in body. Meat contains bioavailable zinc with is readily absorbed .
Zinc is essential minerals for elevation of testosterone.

I intermittently sleep till 1 PM then I have my main meal a Big Mac + Fries + Coffee. The coffee gives me diarrhea so that helps keep the colon cleaner. The bun on the burger has sesame seeds which are grains, the bun is also a complex carb, as its hard to hold and handle when there is too much sauce, there is a small portion of meat and of course the vegetables (pickles, lettuce) in the burger. Its also very good for the testosterone levels when the lovely cashier at the drive-thru smiles at me.

Venison, elk and grass fed beef or bison are excellent for boosting testosterone.
Grass fed butter is fine as well. It's the corn-fed, high omega-6 meats and dairy that are bad.

What about dairy? Does milk affect testosterone?

I was stupid and basically ate out for a year. I would normally cook everyday and eat healthy. Now I am 50lbs heavier. Started having low energy and sleeping all the time. Doc did the tests and yep low T was one thing she found. I was shocked because I associated testosterone levels with libido. That is like it was in my 20s. Anyhow i now will need testosterone injections every week. I also got some b vitamin nose spray for when the energy is super low.

Dietary inflammatory index (measures how anti-inflammatory or inflammatory a food is)
Men with most inflammatory diets are 29% more likely to have lower testosterone
High levels of cytokines appear when you have inflammation
Testicles need a very specific environment to increase testosterone
Mediterranean diet will help

Don’t you think the scale needs an update? I’ve always been on the low end of normal since young I was a young adult. I’m 48 now and still hovering around the low end of normal. Is the total free.Testosterone the most important number to go by?

Some spicy beef with delicious gravy 👍👍 organ meats like beef or lamb liver, foods rich in zinc, some complex carbs and some raw greens for that antioxidant effect, some weight training and all of this will surly boost T 🚀
